The Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) has named Davis Polk among its Gold Standard Firms eight times. WILEF’s Gold Standard Certification is awarded in recognition of a firm’s commitment to integrating women into leadership positions. WILEF grants Gold Standard status to major firms that meet objective criteria, such as the number of women equity partners and women in firm leadership positions. Davis Polk is one of just 55 firms nationwide to receive certification.
