Davis Polk was named as the “Private Equity Team of the Year” at Law.com International’s 2023 British Legal Awards. The award recognizes the team that has set new standards in the delivery of legal services, demonstrating the firm’s market-leading position.

Davis Polk’s London private equity team was recognized for its work on many high-profile matters, including advising Brookfield Business Partners in connection with the $16 billion acquisition of Nielsen by a private equity consortium led by Brookfield and Evergreen Coast Capital Corporation.

The awards were announced on November 29, 2023, at the HAC in London.
