Davis Polk was named “Securities Firm of the Year” for the second year in a row at the 2023 Asia Legal Awards, presented by Law.com International. The awards recognize the most important transactions and cases with the most complex and outstanding legal work in Asia.

The firm was also honored in connection with its role advising on the privatization of 51job, Inc., which was named “TMT Deal of the Year.”

The Asia Legal Awards were presented on March 30, 2023, in Singapore.
