Davis Polk noted in Reuters as leading law firm for SPAC mergers

Davis Polk was listed in a recent Reuters article as the top law firm for SPAC mergers by deal value to date in 2021. According to Refinitiv data, 2021 has seen 70 SPAC mergers valued at $144 billion total – six times as many as that time last year. Davis Polk is noted as taking the lead, having handled deals worth a combined $40.4 billion through February 2021.
