Davis Polk receives 11 nominations at the 2024 ALB Hong Kong Law Awards

Davis Polk received 11 nominations for Asian Legal Business’ 2024 Hong Kong Law Awards. The awards recognize the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams in the region. In addition to multiple nominations for firm awards, several deals on which Davis Polk advised were named “Deal of the Year” finalists in their respective categories.

• Equity Market Deal of the Year –  WuXi XDC Cayman’s spin-off and HK IPO
• Equity Market Deal of the Year –  ZEEKR Intelligent Technology HK IPO
• Equity Market Deal of the Year –  Li Auto $2 billion at-the-market offering
• Finance Deal of the Year – Equity investment in Hashkey Group
• M&A Deal of the Year – Black Spade Acquisition combination with VinFast

The winners will be announced on September 13, 2024, in Hong Kong.
