Davis Polk is shortlisted in two categories for Benchmark Litigation’s 2024 United States Awards. The awards recognize the firms and litigators who have performed exceptionally at both local and national levels.

The firm is shortlisted for the Antitrust practice area award. Civil Litigation partner Elliot Moskowitz is again named a “Bankruptcy Litigator of the Year” finalist, after taking home that award last year.

The winners will be announced on March 13, 2024, in New York.
