The Financial Times has shortlisted Davis Polk as part of its Innovative Lawyers North America 2024 awards. The firm is a finalist in the “Innovative Lawyers in the Technology Sector” category for advising Grayscale on the successful uplisting of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to an exchange-traded fund. With $26 billion in assets under management and representing approximately 3% of mined bitcoin, the trust is the largest ETF in the world.

The awards will be presented on December 9, 2024, in New York.
