Davis Polk shortlisted for multiple IFLR Europe Awards
Davis Polk received five nominations from International Financial Law Review for its 2021 Europe Awards. These awards recognize the most innovative cross-border deals, teams and firms of the year.
Davis Polk’s nominations include:
- Debt & Equity-Linked Team of the Year
- M&A Team of the Year
- National Firm of the Year: France
- Debt & Equity-Linked Deal of the Year: Rolls Royce
- M&A Deal of the Year: BASF & Domo Chemicals / Solvay’s polyamide business
IFLR’s Europe Awards will be announced virtually on April 29, 2021.
