Davis Polk received seven nominations for International Financial Law Review’s 2024 Europe Awards. The awards celebrate the region’s most innovative cross-border work and the firms and in-house teams involved.
The firm is shortlisted in the following categories:
- U.S. Law Firm of the Year
- Equity Team of the Year
- M&A Team of the Year
- Debt and Equity-linked Deal of the Year – Seagate HDD Cayman $1.5 billion exchangeable notes and capped call transactions
- M&A Deal of the Year – Cadeler $597 million combination with Eneti
- M&A Deal of the Year – Firmenich €41 billion merger of equals with DSM
- M&A Deal of the Year – Dufry combination with Autogrill
The awards will be presented on April 24, 2024, in London.
