Davis Polk is a finalist in two categories for The American Lawyer’s inaugural Law Firm Corporate Practices of the Year Awards. The firm is shortlisted for:

  • General Corporate
  • Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals

Additionally, Davis Polk Financial Institutions Group co-head Margaret Tahyar is shortlisted as “Corporate Lawyer of the Year.”

The Law Firm Corporate Practices of the Year Awards “highlight the expertise law firms exhibit across corporate practices such as M&A, tax, finance, governance and more—recognizing the firms that clients should call with their critical corporate work.” 

The awards will be presented virtually on January 14, 2021.
