Davis Polk was named a finalist in two categories for Law.com International’s 2024 British Legal Awards. The firm is shortlisted for “Private Capital Team of the Year” and “TMT Team of the Year.” The awards recognize teams that have set new standards in the delivery of legal services, thereby demonstrating the firm’s market-leading position.

Davis Polk’s London private capital team has worked on a number of high-profile matters over the past year, including Atairos’ minority investment in V Sports, the parent company of Aston Villa Football Club.

The TMT team’s recent matters include Cubic Telecom’s €473 million strategic investment by SoftBank.

The awards will be announced on November 27, 2024, in London.
