Davis Polk was recognized with three awards at the 2022 Asia Legal Awards, presented by Law.com International. The awards recognize the most important transactions and cases with the most complex and outstanding legal work in Asia.

Partner and co-head of Asia (excluding Japan) Li He was named “IPO Lawyer of the Year.”

The firm was named “Securities Firm of the Year.” The firm was also honored in connection with its role advising on the US$5.6 billion privatisation of 51job.com, which was named “TMT Deal of the Year.”

The Asia Legal Awards were presented on June 29, 2022 in Hong Kong.
