At the 2019 IFLR Europe Awards, International Financial Law Review named Davis Polk the “M&A Law Firm of the Year.” The firm was also recognized for its role in Advanced Accelerator Applications acquisition by Novartis, which was named “M&A Deal of the Year.”

The IFLR Europe Awards were presented on April 4, 2019, in London.
