Davis Polk won two awards at the International Financial Law Review Asia-Pacific 2022 Awards, including “Private Equity Deal of the Year” for its role advising on China Biologic’s going-private transaction.

Counsel Bingqing Pan was named among the “Rising Stars – International.”

The awards recognize the region’s most legally innovative work of 2021 and the teams and individuals behind it.

The IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards were presented virtually on March 17, 2022.
