Davis Polk partner Eli Vonnegut has once again been named an “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” by Turnarounds & Workouts. The list recognizes the most accomplished corporate restructuring lawyers under the age of 40.

Vonnegut, who was also named to the list in 2017 and 2018, was recognized for his achievements in the past year, including his work representing Pernix Therapeutics in its comprehensive Chapter 11 restructuring, Uniti Group in the restructuring of Windstream, GenOn in its emergence from bankruptcy; and the administrative agent in connection with DIP financing facilities for iHeartMedia and Toys “R” Us, as well as numerous financial institutions on living wills and hedge funds on investments in complex distressed businesses.

Honorees will be recognized at Turnaround & Workouts’ annual Distressed Investing Conference on November 20, 2019, in New York.
