Davis Polk partner Gabe Rosenberg was quoted in American Banker on the recently proposed crypto bill, The Responsible Financial Innovation Act. The bill aims to establish a broad framework for digital asset regulation. “We’re years away from having legislation in this space, unless there’s an unexpected market catalyst,” Gabe said. “This is one of the first serious and comprehensive proposals, which I think is going to be a base for everything that comes after it.”
