Davis Polk associate Jennifer Kim was named a 2024 Atlas Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) for successfully completing the LCLD Pathfinder Program. The Atlas Award recognizes individuals who showed the highest levels of engagement throughout the program. To receive the honor, Jennifer participated in a number of programming components, ranging from in-person meetings to virtual sessions and online learning modules.

Designed for early-career attorneys, the LCLD Pathfinder Program provides high-potential individuals with practical tools for developing leadership skills, building professional relationships and networks, and forming a successful career-development strategy.
