Davis Polk partner and co-head of Asia (excluding Japan) Li He was quoted in Reuters discussing the outlook for IPOs in China.

Li noted that President Xi Jinping’s meetings with business leaders and the rise of AI startup DeepSeek could help China tech companies regain traction in international capital markets.

“We’re already seeing a solid pipeline of IPO candidates, particularly in tech, healthcare, and consumer sectors,” he said.
