Davis Polk co-head of Asia (excluding Japan) Li He discussed the pipeline of Chinese companies interested in listing in the U.S. as well as his recent work representing Zeekr on its initial public offering with Law360.

Li noted that Zeekr’s IPO was a “significant milestone and a positive indicator for the future of China-related cross-border financial activities” and that the “success of the Zeekr IPO serves as a potent catalyst that will likely encourage other Chinese firms to consider U.S. markets for their listings.”

Li also added that Davis Polk is advising on a number of China-based prospects for U.S. IPOs and that the momentum began building before Zeekr’s listing. “Davis Polk is already working on a promising pipeline of Chinese IPOs poised to capture the momentum generated by these successful deals,” he said.
