Davis Polk partner and co-head of Asia (excluding Japan) Li He was quoted in Law.com International on IPO activity in Asia. Li noted that “in light of the current environment, we expect more PRC issuers, either already listed in the U.S. or not yet, will opt for the Hong Kong capital market, although I don’t foresee a massive influx of deals, given Hong Kong’s liquidity constraints and its relatively more stringent listing criteria.”
