Davis Polk Latin America Practice Group head Manuel Garciadiaz was quoted in a recent Law.com International article discussing Brazil’s initial public offering boom this year, despite the COVID-19 pandemic. The article ranks Davis Polk among the most active global firms on Brazil IPOs this year, having worked on nine offerings since October. Garciadiaz noted that it will be a very strong year for the firm.
