Davis Polk partner Marc Williams was featured in The Deal in an article describing his work on some of the largest mergers of 2020. The article highlighted Williams’ role representing Morgan Stanley on its acquisitions of Eaton Vance and E*Trade, Gilead on the Immunomedics buy and Emerson on its Open Systems purchase, as well as a slew of other leading deals.
