Davis Polk partner and Restructuring group co-head Marshall Huebner has been named an “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer” by Turnarounds & Workouts. The list recognizes attorneys who handled the most significant and prominent restructuring matters of the past year. Marshall was recognized for his roles on matters including the restructurings of Purdue Pharma, Hertz, Aeroméxico and LATAM Airlines, as well as American Airlines’ $10B AAdvantage secured financings.
