Davis Polk partner and Restructuring co-head Marshall Huebner was quoted in Bloomberg Law on the crypto industry and what to expect moving forward in the current market. Marshall noted that “Crypto companies that survive today’s turmoil will do so because they built stronger policies and internal controls that build trust with customers. That makes lawyers with crypto experience even more valuable.”

Marshall also added, “People aren’t going to turn to generic, smart lawyers for that. They’re going to turn to lawyers who’ve been doing crypto for a long time.”
