Davis Polk partner Michael Kaplan discussed the recent uptick in IPO activity and his predictions for when private equity firms will bring IPOs to the market with Bloomberg.

Michael noted that private equity-backed companies won’t join the rush “as quickly or significantly, given their companies tend to be higher leveraged and those deals will be tougher.”
