Davis Polk partner Natasha Tsiouris was profiled in Global Restructuring Review’s “Women in Restructuring 2023” survey. In the profile, Natasha discusses her career, advice for younger women entering the restructuring and insolvency field, how the COVID-19 pandemic changed working practices, and gender equality in the workplace.

When asked what is the single most important thing employers can do to promote gender equality in the workplace, Natasha said, “Starting as soon as they walk in the door, women should be on the most important workstreams on the most important deals. Preparing women to lead should start with the right experiences.”
