Davis Polk partner Paul Marquardt was quoted in Bloomberg Law on sanctions against Russia and how some companies are choosing to leave the country. Paul explained that clients are “more willing to pull up the stakes this time and get out of Russia completely than in previous situations where the U.S. has acted alone in imposing sanctions.” He also noted, “Our clients are trying to get out of Russia, and that hasn’t always been the case.”
