The American Lawyer has named Davis Polk partner and West Coast M&A practice head Paul Scrivano among its 2022 “West Trailblazers.” Honorees represent those individuals who have made significant marks on the practice, policy and technological advancement of their practice. Among other accomplishments, the American Lawyer highlighted Paul’s role advising Altimeter Growth Corp. in its $40 billion stock-for-stock combination with Grab Holdings, which was and still is the largest de-SPAC merger in history.

The honorees were featured in the August/September 2022 issue of the American Lawyer.
