Davis Polk partner and Capital Markets practice global chair Richard Truesdell was quoted in Law360 on the uptick in activity in the IPO market. “The window is beginning to reopen, and the sentiment has gotten more positive in the past couple of months,” Richard explained. He added that the leading IPO candidates “will mostly be the larger, more stable and cash-flow positive companies.”

“Hopefully they will trade well, and then we’ll start to expand into other companies as well,” Richard noted.
