The Wall Street Journal recently profiled Robert Cohen, who on October 14, 2019, joined Davis Polk as a partner in the Litigation Department in Washington DC. Cohen previously spent 15 years with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement, including as Co-Chief of the Market Abuse Unit and as the first-ever Chief of the Cyber Unit.

As a partner in Davis Polk’s White Collar Criminal Defense and Government Investigations Group, Cohen focuses on representing companies, boards and individuals in regulatory matters and internal investigations.
