Davis Polk partner Uzo Asonye was quoted in Global Investigations Review on corporate fraud cases. Asonye discussed the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia’s ‘rocket docket’ system, which gets cases to trial at almost the quickest rate in the country, noting that the speed makes it more real for the company and can also be a strategic advantage for the DOJ.
