Davis Polk partner and Europe practice head Will Pearce was named to Financial News’ 2022 “Most Influential Lawyers” list. The award honors Europe’s 50 most influential corporate lawyers. Will was recognized for his extensive work in public and private M&A and equity capital markets as well as his leadership of Davis Polk’s European practice.
