Davis Polk partner Will Pearce has been named “Dealmaker of the Year” and “Energy, Power & Utilities Lawyer of the Year” by The Deal. On November 1, 2018, The Deal presented its inaugural Europe Awards, which honor advisers and service providers who power M&A in Europe and around the globe.

Pearce was selected in recognition of both the quality and volume of transactions he advised on in the past year, as well as his breadth of expertise in cross-border deal making.
