Davis Polk partner Yasin Keshvargar was recently quoted in Law360 discussing the busy June IPO market. The article notes that Davis Polk worked on 23 IPOs in June, more than any other firm in terms of quantity. Yasin noted that health care and biotechnology-related companies continue to generate a steady flow of IPO prospects. He also explained that European issuers are inquiring about listing in the U.S and will keep the pipeline busy into next year.
