Davis Polk is shortlisted in two categories for Global Competition Review’s 2025 awards. The awards honor the biggest cases from 2024 alongside the world’s leading antitrust lawyers, economists, enforcers and academics.

Davis Polk partner and Antitrust & Competition practice head Art Burke was shortlisted for Dealmaker of the Year, and the firm is shortlisted for “Merger control matter of the year – Americas” for its work on FTC clearance of Novo Nordisk acquisition of certain Catalent sites.

The winners will be announced on April 1, 2025, in Washington, D.C.
