Davis Polk’s capital markets team advised on three of the six largest IPOs globally in 2024 (Puig, Galderma and Tokyo Metro) and on five of the six largest investment-grade debt offerings last year.

The firm’s fintech team advised on several novel and complex matters – including helping Grayscale secure approval for the world’s largest bitcoin ETF, as well as the world’s largest Ether ETF and the largest-ever initial seeding of an ETF. We also achieved a major SEC enforcement victory on behalf of Paxos, the leading regulated blockchain and tokenization infrastructure platform.
