The Washingtonian has named Davis Polk’s White Collar Defense and Investigations Group co-chair Neil MacBride and partner Kenneth Wainstein among its “Top Lawyers” in the “Criminal Defense, White Collar” category. The list includes prominent Washington DC lawyers “who have been in the news lately because they’ve protected government whistleblowers, defended immigrants and members of the press, or represented officials embroiled in a presidential impeachment.”
