Davis Polk partner Annette Nazareth was among the speakers at the American Bar Association’s 2019 Derivatives and Futures Law Committee Meeting. Nazareth spoke on the “Global Market Structure 10 Years Later” panel. Topics discussed included:

  • Where have we been and where are we now? Taking a look back over the past decade.
  • What brought on the 2008 market recession?
  • What have we done in the last decade to ensure this does not happen again?
