Davis Polk counsel Annie Yan and Yunpeng Fan will be among the speakers at China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association and SPD Silicon Valley Bank’s “Academy Special Course – Related Legal Considerations of Private Equity Investment Exit” seminar. Yan will give a presentation on the legal considerations in exit transactions, and Fan will present on the topic of structuring exit provisions and process.
