Davis Polk partner Arthur Burke will be among the speakers at the 67th ABA Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting. Burke will speak on the “Media and Tech Convergence: A Blurred Horizon” panel, discussing how digital and tech developments impact the competitive assessment of mergers and unilateral conduct in a converged media world.
