On December 5, 2023, Davis Polk partners Bill Curran and Lucy Farr will be among the speakers at the International Fiscal Association’s USA New York regional conference.

Bill will speak on the “Current Developments” panel, which will discuss current judicial and regulatory developments, including an assessment of Liberty Global and Christensen cases.

Lucy will speak on the “Financial Institutions” panel. Topics to be discussed include YA Global, crypto and section 987 regulations.
