Davis Polk partner Brian Resnick will be among the speakers at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference. Resnick will speak on the “Recent Confirmation Developments” panel, which will explore confirmation developments, excising third-party releases from a confirmed plan and whether all similarly situated creditors should have the right to participate in rights offerings and financings.
