On October 8, 2024, Davis Polk and the American Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Section will co-host “Careers in White Collar Enforcement: A discussion with current and former DOJ and SEC officials.” Partner Dan Kahn, who served for 11 years in senior roles at the Department of Justice, will moderate the program, which will feature an informative panel on careers in white collar enforcement in the DOJ and SEC and the career opportunities that may come after them.
