On April 29, 2024, Davis Polk Civil Litigation co-head Dana Seshens will be among the speakers at the Practising Law Institute’s “Securities Litigation 2024: From Investigation to Trial” program.

Dana will speak on the “Ethical Issues in Complex Securities Litigation” panel. Topics discussed will include ethical issues that arise when selecting the forum and interactions between plaintiff and defendant groups, obtaining and using confidential witness statements, professional obligations regarding the retention of discovery materials and potential liability for lawyers in securities cases.
