Davis Polk partner David Bauer will be among the speakers at the Entrepreneurial Law Program at Fordham University School of Law’s Startup LAWnchpad Conference. Bauer will speak on “The Evolving Landscape of Tech Transactions—Legal Issues from Startup to Exit.” This panel will discuss legal issues in intellectual property and technology transactions, at various stages of the corporate life cycle.
