On April 6-7, 2022, Davis Polk partners Jarrett Arp and Ashok Ramani and counsel Suzanne Munck af Rosenschold will be among the speakers at the 2022 Spring Meeting of the ABA Antitrust Law Section.

Jarrett will speak on the “Cartel Enforcement: What Lies Ahead” panel. Topics discussed will include developments, surprises and predictions on the enforcement frontier.

Ashok will speak on the “Let’s Talk About Antitrust’s Diversity Problem” panel. Topics discussed will include the efficacy of diversity measures and whether the ABA model Rules could provide a solution.

Suzanne will speak on the “Fundamentals – Antitrust and IP” panel. Topics discussed will include key concepts at the intersection of IP and antitrust, including IP and market power, tying, refusal to license, exclusive licensing, grant-backs, package licensing, field-of-use restrictions and pharmaceutical issues such as reverse payments.
