Davis Polk partners Bonnie Chan and James Lin and counsel Yang Chu participated in two pre-IPO seminars for biotech enterprises co-hosted with Qiming Venture Partners and HKEX. The seminars, which discussed HKEX’s newly proposed listing standards, how to map out an IPO plan and additional key issues, were held on March 8, 2018, in Shanghai and March 9, 2018, in Beijing. In addition to participating in the discussions, Lin and Chu moderated a Q&A session at the Shanghai program, and Chan and Lin moderated a Q&A in Beijing.
