Davis Polk partner Frances Bivens will be among the speakers at the Arbitrating Aerospace, Aviation and National Security Disputes program hosted by the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. Bivens will speak on the “Arbitrating AANS Disputes” panel, which will discuss the suitability of arbitration for use in AANS disputes.

The program will be held on April 26, 2018, in Washington DC.
