Frances Bivens speaks at NYU School of Law’s “Recent Developments in Arbitration” program

On November 12, 2022, Davis Polk partner Frances Bivens will be among the speakers at the NYU School of Law’s “Recent Developments in Arbitration” program. The program will be jointly hosted by the NYU School of Law Center on Civil Justice, the NYU School of Law Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration, and Commercial Law, and the Columbia Law School Center for International Commercial & Investment Arbitration. Frances will speak on the “Due Process in Arbitration” panel. Topics discussed will include issues in international commercial arbitration.
