On January 29, 2021, Davis Polk partner Greg Andres will be among the speakers at the American Bar Association’s Tax Section’s 2021 Midyear Tax Meeting. Andres will speak on the “Ethical Considerations when Publicly Advocating for a Client” virtual panel. The panel will discuss the ethical obligations that tax lawyers have when making public statements about clients, cases and opinions of outcomes.
